Embracing Failure: My Journey Through Setbacks and Lessons Learned
Failure – it is a word that consists of a huge amount of emotions. When a person faces failure it hits so hard. that it becomes impossible to come out of it. It feels like a dark hole pulling you in it. Everyone’s way of handling failure is different some cry, some discuss, some ignore, some don’t accept, some move forward and some don’t give a damn. Everything seems vague or irrelevant when you face a failure. You feel shit about it. You feel scared that people will laugh at you or what they say. I know life doesn’t come easy to everyone but it is different for everyone.

Being from a well-settled family, I was the one for whom the parents worried the most about the aspect of the future. I always do things according to my own decision-making because they are always so risk-taking and because I have faced a lot of failures not in the aspects of grades (Always a topper) but in life whether it is about my career or my relationships with my family & friends. My choices were/are always different and tricky. I still think in my life I am nowhere and sometimes I feel I didn’t even start. But sometimes I look back and see what I have come across in the past years or what kind of hurdles I crossed and the situation I handled to reach where I am today is proud to think.
But is it ok to feel failure?
The answer differs for everyone. There is nothing to be ashamed of being a failure or being not able to achieve. At least you tried you gave your best.
How I cope up with Failures?
– Always surround yourself with your loved ones specially your family & friends because in this tough time they are the one who will not only give you support but also provide you some constructive crticism.
– Do not always who is above you sometimes looking downwards will help you in getting upwards.
– Self Analysis – Analyse what things didn’t work out for you and think about what changes you can make in the present so that the FUTURE SHOULD NOT LOOK like the past.
– Never Lose Hope in Yourself.
– Be consistent about your hobbies (Things which actually make you happy for me it’s cooking, gardening, and watching horror shows).
– Never skip your meals because GOOD FOOD = GOOD MOOD.
Now the question is for you what do you do to handle your failures?
I would love to know about your failures and how you have handled them it might help me and others too!
